Hand Constructed from high quality Latigo Leather it features 3 Heavy Duty D rings to attach a lead or your favorite apparatus. For your comfort they are fully lined & foam padded with *rolled* edges to avoid discomfort during prolonged use. Both rear straps include locking buckles which can be used with or without padlocks (not supplied) so.......escape is impossible.
